It always seems like the lavender comes and goes so quickly. I'm sad that no one ever gets to see the vacillating rows of Melissa and Royal Velvet on our property before it is harvested. Luckily we got to snap a few photos before they were done snipping our fields. I guess you could say it was good timing that our first morning back was the last with the spectacular view.
