I know I've mentioned how fond Izzi is of her new handpainted stool from Auntie Audrey, but I think this supported downward dog pose photo says it all. Oh, might I add, she was singing a little song too. :) I've never been hot to trot on the Iyengar style, but Izzi might be able to convert me.

Iyengar Yoga
