Ten Months Old
Ashton is ten months old now. She loves to point at everything and make these little squeaking noises. I am constantly narrating life to her--"Look at the yellow bird on the glass table under the tree." It's exciting that she likes to use sign language, as I can really tell that she has so much going on in her little mind and she can actually communicate it to me. She still loves her books and her babies more than any other toys (as you'll see below). Her mobility has increased, but she still leaves one knee hooked to scoot around the house. She especially likes to crawl under the dining room table and chairs and get tangled up in coats hanging from the chair backs. Then she'll move to the window where Teanaway is perched to slap the glass and point at the birds that don't fear her giggles. I like the passed out shots at the end of this series. Because she is trying to cut another tooth she has been taking short and hard naps. The proof is in the photo. Much love to all.

You must send that adorable picture of Ashton holding her baby to Grandma Howell (she gave it to her right?)
