The Lavender Festival this year was quite different from years past. The farm looked beautiful, and although I thought that we'd have vascilating rows of melissa and royal velvet for the weekend Jose and the crew ended up harvesting all the melissa before our guests arrived. Jake was busy running sound for the first time, which meant for some long days and nights in front of the stage. I was glad to have all the aunties and Glamma around to oooh and ahhhh over Ashton's every expression. Once again, Geoffrey Castle headlined the weekend with a very predicatable set of songs and stories. Epiphany was "lucky enough" to have her jacket autographed. Maybe someday Jake will reach the same level of stardom. Hahahaha.
