Rest and Relaxation

Linsay scheduled a massage appointment this morning for Ashton and Mason with Judi at Pathways. She was kind enough to come in on her day off to show us how to relax our wee ones. Unfortunately, it was during the time when Ashton usually naps, so when she woke up all she wanted to do was eat, eat, eat.  We managed to get half way through and then just watched Mason get his massage. I'm hoping I'll remember all the techniques I learned for later.  You can see in the first picture that Ashton was a little skeptical before we even left the house.

At least I know a bath will always cheer Izzi up.
